This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued after a successful return or cancellation of an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued only for products that are eligible for return under our Return Policy.
- Refunds may also be provided if an order is canceled before dispatch (where applicable).
- Products marked as “No Return” are not eligible for refunds unless received damaged or defective.
2. Refund Method
All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
- If you paid by credit/debit card → Refund will be credited back to the same card.
- If you paid via UPI/Net Banking → Refund will be transferred back to the same account.
- If you paid via Wallet/Marketplace Credits → Refund will be credited back to your wallet/credits.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed to your registered bank account details provided during the return request.
3. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated within [5-7 business days].
- The actual time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as “No Return” on the product page.
- Digital/downloadable products, software, or gift cards.
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to a seller’s error, such as a wrong or defective product).
5. How to Track Your Refund
You can track your refund status by visiting My Orders in your OWNGEARS RETAIL INDIA account
or by contacting our support team.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
All refunds are processed electronically to the original payment source.
