1. Return Policy

• If a product is marked as “No Return”, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
  • Damaged or defective product received.

• To initiate a return, you must raise a request within the mentioned return period from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

2. Exchange Policy

No Exchange Available: We do not offer product exchanges. Customers may only request a return (if eligible) and re-order the desired item separately.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “No Return” on the product page.
• Perishable goods, hygiene products, and personal care items.
• Digital products, downloadable software, or gift cards.

4. Refund Process
