• We are not the seller of products. Each seller is responsible for the products they list, sell, and deliver.
• We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.

4. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, taxes, and shipping charges (if applicable).
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the Platform.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and provided by sellers.
• Sellers are responsible for dispatch and delivery of products.
• Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen events are not the liability of the marketplace.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Each product may have a return period or be marked “No Return.”
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
• No exchanges are offered on products.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• List or sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned or licensed by OWNGEARS RETAIL INDIA.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWNGEARS RETAIL INDIA, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms.
• You may close your account by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Delhi.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
